P. G. R. Sindhia, Chief Patron

A renowned adminstrator of the State, an expert organiser, Shri P.G.R. Sindhia has been the force behind all the benevolent social causes. He worked as the State-Secretary of ‘Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishat’. He has been extending his helping hand to several cultural organisations.He commanded the respect of the people of the State, as Home Minister,Finance Minister and Minister for Health and Transport.Now he is continuing his social service through ‘Sindhia Pratishthana’

Dr. B. L. Shankar, President

An able political leader of the state, Ex-MP, and Ex-chairman of the Vidhana Parishat. He has rendered remarkable service in the cultural field. During his student days, as a leader of the Vidhyarthi Parishat, he has organised several conferences. The work he did as minister of youth affairs of Karnataka is note worthy. Well informed in the field of dance etc., he has been also conferred with doctorate degree by Bangalore University for his thesis, “Indian Parliament: Its changing profile”.

M. F. Saldanah, Working President

Shri Saldanah is one among the renowned justices of the world. Having travelled all over the globe, he has earned the respect and reputation as an Expert-in-Law. He has been a practicant of yoga system of Shri B.K.S. Iyengar. His judgements were always pro-society, that is the trust he has created even among the common mass. He has served Maharashtra Government as Lawexpert. In recent times he has dedicated himself to social service and service to Arts & Culture. He is a well known environmentalist too.

H. Shrinivasaiah, Vice-President

An Veteran freedom fighter, an ardent follower of Gandhiji, Naturopathist, Shri Shrinivasaiah is a yoga practicant also. He has been doing social service through several institutes which he started. He has been propagating Gadhian Literature, reaching it out to remote rural areas also, through ‘Gandhi Sahitya Sangha’. He has been honoured with ‘Karnataka State Award’ and ‘Patanjali Award’ by the State Government. The work he did in the field of education is noteworthy.

Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan, Vice-President

As the President of ‘Padmashri Education Institutions’, he has rendered great service in the field of education and Medical field. He is doing commendable work in identifying and honouring eminent persons who have done notable service in cultural field, through ‘Atal Bihari Vajapeyi. Sports and Cultural Forum. Apart from being MLA of Karnataka State, he has enriched his experience as the member of the Syndicate of Bangalore University.

K. R. Muralidhar, Secretary

He is a well known yoga therapist, and Yoga Teacher. Recognising his service the State Government has conferred on him, ‘Rajyotsava Award’ as well as ‘Dasara Yoga Siri’ Award. He is the pioneer in introducing yoga in sports and I.T. Area. Initiator of several organisations, he is arranging to confer ‘Yoga Shree’ award to persons who have rendered remarkable service to yoga. He is serving as Yoga consultant in ‘National Cricket Academy’ and ‘Brijesh Patel Cricket Academy. He has served on the Theatrical field and enriched his experience.

K. S. Nagashree, Treasurer

A renowned State level artist. She is serving in the field of dance since 15 years. She is working as a visiting lecturer in ‘Kalai Kaveri College’, conducted Dance Programmes all over the State. She is working as Kannada Teacher in “Inventure Academy”. She has considerable experience in Theatre also.

A hotelier by profession he has earned a name as social worker. Being closely associated with Shri Ramakrishna Math and Chinmaya Mission, he is extending help to several social causes.

K. R. Srinivasa, (Srinivas Meshtru,) Trustee

An experienced artist of Theatre and small Screen. An awardee of Karnataka Nataka Academy. He has conducted several workshops on ‘Drama’. A teacher by profession, he is now leading retired life, keeping a close contact with all well known Theatre Troups.

Dr. B.V Rajaram

40 years theatrical experience, director, theatre artists with over 100 plays to his credit, the achievements of Dr. B.V Rajaram are immeasurable. He has a diploma in the Pali language. He established his theatre troupe, “kalagangotri” in the year 1971 and staged shows such as Mukyamantri, achalayatana, muki-taki, mookajjiya kanasugalu and mysuru mallige. He’s widely known for directing and acting in several popular plays

R. Madhav, Trustee

R. Madhav is the secretary of Bangalore Yoga Centre. He is a manager in HMT factory and also serving greatly in the field of Yoga. He has been awarding ‘Yoga Shree’ award through ‘Bangalore Yoga centre’ to experienced persons. He has been conducting ‘Yoga workshops’ in different localities of Bangalore to create healthy society.
